Before Opening a Return Request, Check These Common Scissor Issues:

Problem Solution
My scissors are too tight or too loose. Adjust the tension of your blades so they are tight when opening and closing, but not so loose that they fail to cut hair.
The finger holes are too large. You can use rubber or plastic finger inserts that enhance grip and offer a better fit.
The blade sizes are too small or too large. The most frequently used scissor sizes are 5.5" and 6.0" for hair cutting scissors. You can exchange these for a different size if available.
The scissors aren't cutting hair properly. Ensure the blades are clean and the tension between them is adjusted for a smooth cutting motion.

My scissors have dulled over time. Regular maintenance and sharpening can greatly extend the lifespan of your scissors. Consider using a professional sharpening service if your scissors have dulled.
