The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping expenses. You must arrange and pay for return shipping to our designated return address in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Professional scissors require rigorous inspection, cleaning, and sterilization upon return. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund when the product and all original packaging are returned in good (re-sellable) condition within the 7-day period.

Change of mind returns are only available within 7 days. However, if your product has a manufacturer defect or fault, you may be covered under warranty regardless of when the issue appears.

A defect covered by warranty includes any manufacturing error or malfunction discovered during normal use. We follow consumer law which permits us to repair or replace goods (or part of them) to maintain a positive customer experience.
