We recently relocated to a larger warehouse facility to improve our service long-term. During this transition, our main stock shipment from Japan was delayed in customs. This is a one-time disruption and we're actively working to ensure it doesn't happen again.
We don't anticipate further delays. Once our June shipment clears, we'll have full inventory across all brands and our new warehouse systems will allow faster restocking going forward.
